As nice as a product may be the bottom line is that people are working harder for the same pay or even getting paid less. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. After 3 days, Susan of Interlock called me. After a 2 month waiting period, installation started 10 days after the promised date. We removed our solar panels based on Interlock's promised installation date and lost solar revenue for 10 days because Interlock did not keep its installation date commitment.
