Metal Shingles Dartmouth, NS Review
Review: October 10, 2017Completion: September 18, 2017Our experience with your company was both pleasing and alarming. The product is beautiful although we have yet to experience a winter with it. Your salesman was pleasant and professional. The installation crew was mixed, given the lead in to their arrival they were a shock. It would be unfair to paint all with the same brush so I won't comment further. We had a leak, but it was dealt with well and quickly

Metal Shingles Ancaster, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2017Completion: September 15, 2017I feel that the office staff could improve on their response to phone calls. I could not reach anyone in the office during working hours. I did leave messages and no one responded. All the other areas responded well. There was a short fall with a lack of ability to reach someone in the office. I did research Bruce on the first or second ring.

Metal Shingles Sussex, WI Review
Review: October 9, 2017Completion: September 12, 2017They could have improved by me seeing more supervision of the project. They didn't do bad work but the things I asked them to take care of didn't happen. I was told they would take care of the problem, I sent them a picture but no one every came out to fix the problem. I am not happy with the finished trim.

Metal Shingles Sharon, MA Review
Review: October 9, 2017The lifetime guarantee is great, having the income to do so ultimately affects my decision. I could put on a roof with a thirty year warranty for a lot less money. If and when I am able to the amount of money that comes in depends on if I am going to spend $10,000 or $25,000.Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and attentive. He understood where I am coming from financially. I appreciate Michael following up with me and not pressuring me. Michael understands that if and when I am ready I… Read more →

Metal Shingles Scarborough, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2017Completion: September 30, 2017One time I called and I spoke to one of your staff and then they were not nice on the phone. I asked to have an estimate on the roof and they told me that it was expensive. They assumed I did not know it was expensive. I told them not to come. They kept telling me they were expensive. I canceled it. Then a few weeks later I called again because another friend told me about Interlock and I called again and I spoke to Dave. He is the best. He is excellent. The first time I called I was not very… Read more →

Metal Shingles Toronto, ON Review
Review: October 8, 2017Completion: September 10, 2017More clarity at the outset on who is responsible for what during the installation process particularly in respect to outstanding matters to be dealt with e.g. possible need for repair to roof decking, number of snow guards to be installed. This was a high dollar value project for us and there were some moments where my confidence was a bit shaken but Chris and Bruce did restore it pretty quickly. Thank you.

Review: October 6, 2017Completion: September 8, 2017More advance notice of when the job start date will be. It was moved a couple of times and luckily it worked out for us to be home during the install. Tony was great though and was always happy to answer any questions we had before the install. We did feel a bit pressured to sign an agreement at the first meeting. Offer the discount for one week instead of one day. That shows you have confidence in your product, and are not afraid of a customer looking at other metal roofs. This almost made us… Read more →
