Metal Shingles Grovedale, AB Review
Review: October 6, 2017Completion: September 29, 2017Unfortunatly we did not have enough materials to complete the job. 3 weeks from start to finish was a little long to wait for completion.

Metal Shingles North Rustico, PE Review
Review: October 5, 2017Completion: September 13, 2017I did receive a phone call from the crew notifying me of when they were going to start but I didn't receive any notice of when the materials were being dropped off. An Armour transport truck just showed up one day but the driver was extremely nice and it really didn't matter. I can't really speak to how happy I am with the roof itself as it's too early to tell if there will be any problems I think but so far I love the look of it and am happy so far but it's brand new. Roof looks great - makes… Read more →

Metal Shingles Scarborough, ON Review
Review: October 5, 2017Completion: September 21, 2017I would suggest that the sales rep come back after the work is completed and have a satisfaction conversation. There was no one that came back to look at the job. The roofers collected the last paycheck. I expected someone to come back and reexamine the roof with me to see if I had any questions or concerns.

Metal Shingles Langley, WA Review
Review: October 5, 2017Completion: October 5, 2017I really liked Interlock's product but it was way too expensive. If you are cutting out the middle man it should be feasible to use, but it was not for us. We found someone that is the middle man and they are 1/3 less the cost.

Metal Shingles Oswego, IL Review
Review: October 5, 2017Completion: September 9, 2017The truck showed up to deliver roof with no appointment - my 68 year old husband had to help unload and break down the pallet - my calls to the area coordinator and headquarters were largely unanswered - I incurred international call fees because I was calling BC almost daily - our project was projected 8 - 10 weeks, install 13 weeks - which is ok except that he communication was so poor. the roofing materials killed the grass in our yard it laid there so long. We love the roof, glad we did it.… Read more →

Metal Shingles Charlottetown, PE Review
Review: October 4, 2017Completion: August 23, 2017Interlock Roofing could have started the job a little latter in the morning. We had a pretty good experience. The only negative thing was Bob told us he would bring a sign to put out on our lawn, but we have yet to receive the sign.

Metal Shingles Saugus, MA Review
Review: October 3, 2017Completion: July 15, 2017Not sure if it was the crew, but a nail was found in my tire. It looked as if they had cleaned up nicely after the job was done, but I had to change my tire due to the stray nail. I would recommend doing a quick sweep of the road; considering our house is on a main street with no front yard. The crew was very respectful and hard-working! I'm not even sure if the nail was from the roofing, just wanted to include that as a tip.

Standing Seam Dexter, OR Review
Review: September 29, 2017Completion: August 7, 2017Was rescheduled 2 times. Once on sight the crew was fantastic very hard worker there is two areas of the roof that looks unfinished notified through the call center again my husband takes day off work to meet contractors to show and address these two areas and they never showed up rescheduled and will supposedly be done in a couple weeks as of two weeks ago so we will see

Metal Shingles Elmira, ON Review
Review: September 29, 2017Completion: September 29, 2017The timeline was a little bit longer than what we expected. The cleanup wasn't perfect and part of that might have been due to the fact that I have a number of gardens around the house and maybe you can't see the debris in them.

Metal Shingles Redwater, AB Review
Review: September 26, 2017Completion: August 13, 2017I do not think there was anything they could improve on. They were fast, efficient, they did it in about 6 hours and I thought it was one of the best jobs I had seen done. It was all totally positive. He told me he would deliver the materials on a Friday and he was right there when he said he would and on time or maybe twenty minutes early. They got the job done professionally and in a timely manner and I am very satisfied.

Metal Shingles Thornhill, ON Review
Review: September 23, 2017Completion: August 30, 2017We assume that they did a good job based on what we can see. We only hope that the areas that are outside of visual range are just as good. It would be great if a manager stopped by to inspect the installers work, since we can't actually go up on to the roof to check for ourselves.

Metal Shingles Grayslake, IL Review
Review: September 22, 2017Completion: August 31, 2017This is probably not the fault of Interlock Roofing but the materials were delivered six weeks before the work began, were left on our lawn and killed the grass where they were placed. We were also concerned about theft when we were not at home. I hesitate to mention this but it was a concern at the time. We love our roof and are for once looking forward to the first snow without worrying about leaks.
