Metal Shingles Embrun, ON Review
Review: July 11, 2017Completion: June 29, 2017Financing information and rate of interest - was told it was TD but in fact was Finance-IT.I placed a call to a customer service agent at Financeit and was advised they would indeed place a lien on our home which is also a major detractor. Was told the opposite with respect to a lien by Barry. Proceeded with a "cash deal".

Metal Shingles Fort McMurray, AB Review
Review: July 11, 2017Completion: June 24, 2017Clarification that the supply delivery date and installation date can be significantly apart. The materials arrived and we thought the installation would happen fairly close to the delivery day. But it was at least a couple of weeks that the materials sat in our driveway before the installation happened.

Metal Shingles Westborough, MA Review
Review: July 11, 2017Completion: June 30, 2017a) there was some damage to trim along the edges at the gable ends of the roof, caused by nails protruding through the recently painted crown moulding, and some separation of a moulding bead from fascia board.b) I did not learn that it wouldn't be possible for the metal roof to be installed on the much flatter roof section over porch room at rear of the house, due to the pitch. I don't think this was covered during the initial visit.c) the plastic protection affixed to the power lines filled… Read more →

Metal Shingles Hillsdale, ON Review
Review: July 11, 2017Completion: June 28, 2017Potentially more communication on the schedule would be helpful. There was a misunderstanding on the start date. There was a time when the installer didn't think he was coming, but he did, and he was locked out, so I had to come bring him a key. Having a lock box would be helpful for the installer.

Metal Shingles Auburn, WA Review
Review: July 8, 2017Completion: November 21, 2016Have done! Most of the people I recommend Interlock to are greatly concerned about the cost; but our house was small and easy so the cost to us was not beyond what we wanted to pay for such a high quality roof. When we originally contacted interlock we needed a metal detached garage roof replaced. I explained the roof and the type of building and its construction to the person on the phone who said they could replace the roof. When the sales representative came to our property they were not… Read more →
