My Spanish is not great. The installers spoke very broken English so it was really hard to understand what he was trying to tell me. It would be nice if they had one person on a team that spoke good English.

Advised Tony that there is a new 1" - 2" space in the soffit right under the garage roof peak. Not sure if it is intentional, or should be closed., I would feel better if it were closed as opposed to open. Interlock (Tony) advised they (Interlock) would look into it. I await their follow-up.

I asked Bob to give us a little break because we were out. I was ready for a fair settlement that would not give us what we had but something we would accept.
