Review: December 2, 2014Completion: November 8, 2014We have a gravel driveway, so when it was time to remove the existing roof, I was concerned about nail removal and the likelihood that they would be buried and cause a flat tire. We did not park our cars in the driveway for few days. When the job was complete, there were still some nails around and a magnetic roller was not available for use. So, I did rent one and collected quite a few nails afterward. I do not blame the staff though and highly appreciate the work they did.

There needs to be better communication between the sellers and the installers. They need to start supplying their own porta-potty and not piss on people's property. And if they know there are animals in the house, they should lay a tarp down to collect the nails so there's less debris to affect the animals.

There is still roofing material on our lawn and in our gutters that is now buried under the snow. Perhaps most problematic is the damage to our parking pad. The dumpster that was parked on our parking pad scrapped a large permanent gouge in our cement. Also, there are numerous chip marks in our concrete where a worker removed some ice. When he had to be away the quality of the workmanship deteriorated and the end product was poorly done. My complaints were acknowledged and repaired after the fact.
