There were plenty of days when we had perfect weather and they did not show up, apparently he or the crew were working on other projectsThey did not have the proper tickets for staging which shut down the operation for a week. This leaves the client wondering if they got value or were ripped off. See questions #2, #4, #7 and #12. To reiterate, we are concerned about the dormers and would expect Interlock to follow-up with this. Esthetically - very pleased with the job - which should be expected at this price.

The installers need to do a far better job tarping and controlling their garbage. It is not ok to throw nails, aluminum cuttings and other trash everywhere during the job and then just do a quick sweep afterwards. Installers need to be provided more complete info about the job from the sales rep. Do you really use U-haul trucks driven by slobs? Not good for your brand.
