They could have improved the scheduling issues as well as their communication with me about the delay, rather than just leaving me hanging. Everything was great except for the scheduling and lack of communication surrounding that issue.

We also had an issue with them giving us an inaccurate invoice. The roof does look good, and we are pleased. However we are concerned about having issues down the road concerning the shingles because of their poor response time in the past.
