What turned me off was an initial quote that was $7,200 more than final price. But the final quote was only available if I signed that day. That killed the deal. The team brought in a hydraulic dumpster-type device that really helped so that they could scoop removed material directly into it instead of dumping it on the ground first. Using a drone during the initial estimate might be helpful, because it may allow for a more accurate estimate. (It would also allow you to have better "before" pictures, and might identify other problems, such as our needing to replace our chimney.)
