  They could improve on their time estimate and providing the accurate number of installers needed for the project. I was told the installation crew would consist of three to six men, and only one installer came to my home. Also, I was told that the project would take less than one week and the project took three weeks. I love the product and how the roof looks on my house.

  They could improve communication between the customer and Rolland. There were so many pieces that got messed up. The installers made up where Rolland failed to do his job. I spent ten hours cleaning the windows and it turned out they were the wrong windows. I had to contact them to get them ordered and expedited. Rolland should have done that.
