The product is excellent, but the installation of the flashing below a north-facing window was not installed correctly, resulting in leaks when it rained and wind was blowing from the north. The flashing was buckled and caused rain to pour in from the north side of the house, coming in through the pot lights in my downstairs family room. After a ridiculous amount of communication back and forth, it was finally fixed 2 1/2 years later! I had to pay for my own home inspection, which Interlock should have paid for. The final fix took approximately 45 minutes (from a part-time employee, who knew what he was doing). I would not recommend this company to anyone after the terrible customer service I received.NegativeResponsivenessServicesRoof installation
No hesitation recommending this firm to others. Especially when you need to get one firm to prime both the new roof and a solar addition on that new roof.
Last Christmas, our rental sprung a roof leak. Interlock was able to seal the leak immediately and to complete the installation in February. I have confidence that the new roof will be trouble free as we have an Interlock roof installed on our house ten years ago.

Interlock Roofing could improve with their third party vendors.
They could have improved on coordination with the trades people. It has to do with where the container was dropped off and it should've been moved somewhere else. When the guys finished, they left a few tarps, extra flashing, and the old skylight, and I would like someone to come pick it all up. They indicated someone would come back to get it but they haven't come or followed up about it.
Interlock Roofing could better commit to starting the job on time.
They have a good product, but they are too pricey
