Yes I would recommend. Increased communication by the crew to the home owner regarding progress, schedule based on weather. More attention to clean up. Although our experience was not perfect, we are very very happy with our roof. It looks amazing.
Great roof and good people. Delivery promises were never met. Not even close. You should have given and met more realist completion dates. Model of fewer installation teams results in delays, unnecessary travel and inefficient use of your teams. You should consider more local expert installation teams. This would be safer and more respectful of customers and your installation teams.
Installation was 3 months behind schedule.I feel questions 6,7,9 and 10 would be better asked in future....difficult to answer so soon after installation.
Interlock Roofing could have improved on the noise level. I was told it would be no different than a regular roof but I notice it more. Especially when it rains and you are upstairs, it sounds like a shower. I am just wondering when my warranty will come in. I haven't received anything in the mail yet but it should get here soon I hope.
