Make sure the home owners know when the installers are, or are not, on site and provide a better estimate of the completion time. We had no idea. Great looking and solid product (& accessories) as well as a professional installation crew. The warranty information is unclear, and a laymen's version should be provided. I was unclear about why a separate install warranty of 10 years is provided, when it was my understanding that the product is warrantied for my lifetime (50 years transferable - non-prorated) for as long as I own the home. I was advised that the install warranty is specific to workmanship, but it seems to me that this should be a contract between the installing contractor and Interlock, rather than a warranty for me. I would expect Interlock to resolve product / workmanship issues for the duration of my warranty, since it is why Interlock chooses the installing contractors, and since the longevity of the product is closely related to its installation.

The shipment of product from Dartmouth to my home was delayed as the Armour truck driver had no note or number to call us before delivery. Overall, great product and service. Highly recommended for the piece of mind!
We can't believe how quiet our metal roof is. It's a fantastic product besides, but the quietness is amazing.
Maybe a name on a truck and staff uniforms would be great. It would look more professional
The only issue was the transportation of the product. When it came there was no employee here. They sent out a man who just had one leg and he expected to drop it off in our driveway, but Bob mentioned it might be best to leave it under something covered. This man was not really able to help my husband move it. My suggestion to Paul is that when they contract to that company that they have two employees there to move stuff. It was a good experience. It was expensive but it looks wonderful and I do believe it has been done very well. The product is excellent.
When they cleaned up, they missed a few things. I was mowing the lawn with my tractor, and a nail popped my tire. I had to waste a lot of time fixing that. They are very professional, and it is hard to find people like that these days.
