I just wanted to follow-up with you to let you know how pleased Kathy and I are with our new roof. While we were in the market last year for a new roof we had not considered a permanent roof until we met you at the Dartmouth Market. We both appreciate the time that you took in our follow-up meeting to provide more information and to explain the product in more depth. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase. The installation was excellent as they took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain the installation process. They cleaned up after each day and ensured that we were completely satisfied before signing off. It has been several months since the installation and we have been through our first winter. As you noted when explaining the product, the new roof has addressed the concerns I have had over the years with the build-up of snow on my roof. The product looks great and has resulted in a number of inquiries and compliments from passersby.
At the end of the job, we provided the workers with a survey/comment sheet to pass along to Interlock Roofing. I believe that Interlock Roofing should provide customers with a stamped envelope and ask customers to mail their survey/comment sheet. We had a great experience with our installers, but if someone didn't have a great experience they may not have wanted to give their survey/comment sheet to the people they were evaluating. Just a thought.

The guys did a fantastic job. The weather did not cooperate so it took a little longer but it was worth it.
I have recommended them to a friend. The installers can let us know their names. I think it is important to know who it is that is at your home.
Attention to detail
The product is definitely better than asphalt or fiberglass shingles. The schedule should have been confirmed without me having to escalate to head office. The job site clean up was disappointing, we picked up over 100 nails and various debris.
