I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT BOB HAD ACKNOWLEDGED WE COULD PAY BY VISA, UNFORTUNATELY HE DID NOT HAVE A MACHINE TO DO IT AT THE TIME DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED, THEN WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE AN INSTALLMENT WAS INFORMED I COULD NOT PAY WITH VISA, BUT THEN THEY ACTUALLY PROCESS PARTIAL PAYMENT ON VISA, THE REMAINING BALANCE THEY WOULD NOT TAKE VISA, I BELIEVE COMPANIES ESPECIALLY OF THIS CALIBER SHOULD BE UPFRONT AND OPEN ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE AGREEMENT, THIS LEFT A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND I WILL FORWARD THAT KNOWLEDGE TO ANYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT MY ROOF
Better communication from the roofers who showed up to do the job.
we were under the impression an inspector would come to inspect the roof and give us the warranty information at that time, and we have not been contacted since the work was completed, although Bruce Mehuys called to check that the word had been completed.
They came when they said they were going to come so I can't really see any improvement.
It was a good job all the way through. You are a company who has a good product, and it's well worth the investment.
Our experience with interlock roofing was amazing. Bruce our sales man was wonderful. Drove all the way to us to show us samples. Gave us many many lists of homes with interlock roofing to go check out. To pick our color. Overall it was a very good experience. We made our choice and waited about 6 weeks and then installation started . Moses and his crew installed our roof and very friendly and told us everything they were doing. Would recommend them to all our neighbors and friends/ family. Thank you all for your hardwork.
They did not follow up after the delivery date. The materials sat in driveway for 5 weeks. I had a couple of pieces fall off the roof and I made a phone call and no one called me back or showed up. I thought there would be more quality control on a $20,000 roof.
