They fell short in the area of communication. The person who was subcontracted dropped of the waste disposal unit early in the morning and he have a huge problem with that because we were not notified. We have underlying issues with the dumpster people. They did not inform us that they were going to arrive. We have issues with their inconsiderate arrivals and it was very unfortunate.
Fast response to a small problem.
1. SPEAK ENGLISH! It was nearly impossible to communicate with the crew. Most of the time there was no one on site who spoke English. Follow up was weak. I signed off with a crew that spoke no English late on a Friday after they had worked long hours, and got no further follow up until I called in with a problem
The estimate I was given was $120 per square foot...I could with my own time replace my asphalt roof for $3,000. If it was somewhere between $6,500 or $7,500 I would definitely consider it.
