I am unlikely to recommend Interlock to a friend. I found the sales representative, Jonathan Brown, highly deceptive when pricing the deal. That is simply unacceptable. I did find the installation crew hard working and organized. They did a good job and I appreciated that. I didn't get the idea that there was a lot of supervision, though and some of the installation problems that came up at the end reflected that. I still have some questions about the work. They should provide a port-potty for the crew.
I would have preferred a crew from Interlock supervising the subcontractors. That way I could have gone to them and asked them to stay on top of the subcontractor's cleanliness
Our only challenge was the language barrier with the roofing crew. One of the employees could speak very broken English and we cannot speak Spanish so it was difficult to ask questions or discuss concerns directly with the crew. However, a simple phone call to Jennifer Simons at the Walpole office addressed the issue.
They were exactly what I thought. I knew they were right there at the top and they pretty much are.
