Communication was sorely lacking. I had to call to find out when and if they were coming. We were told that they would be delivering materials a few days prior to installation( only when I called, did I find out that they would be bringing materials with them), but and also told that I would receive a confirmation call(which never came- then when I called l was told that the install date had changed). I understand that a staff member was ill, but there should be a backup person to handle these things. The appearance of our house has improved vastly, the shake roofing is beautiful. We have had many compliments from passersby, and to be honest, we have the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood. We love it so much, that any home that we may purchase in the future will definitely receive an Interlock roof.

Prompt, ongoing communication from bid to follow up after completion. Install crew was professional and polite. We had an involved tear-off and they spread tarps overnight in case of dew. Finished job looks great.
They could have done a little better with picking up all the nails after the tear down. We found some nails in our driveway.
Living in the Pacific NW, we have a lot of rain and my old roof decided it was done. I checked into many types of new roofs and found this to be the best on the market.

Everything went extremely well. Mike Rasmussen did everything very well.
The communication between salesman and the installers. We agreed that the installers would run the TV cable along the side of the house under the awning but it is still laying on the roof. I will contact comcast to try and get this addressed. I am also unsure if the vent for the roof got taken care of. There is a dryer/restroom vent on the roof that was stuck shut and trapping humidity in the attic under the roof. I am going to try and see if I can go up and check this myself. Ivan noticed the condensation residue from the vent holes on the side of the house. He said that would also be taken care of.
The gutters on our home were left full of debris, and I picked up several nails in the yard. It would be nice to have these things cleaned up upon project completion. We are surprised at the lack of follow up communication from the company. I still have the sign that was left in our yard for longer than the requested time, and this is the first contact regarding our satisfaction with the project.
