Interlock Roofing did a very good job of installing our roof. I was worried that it would be a little too hard to do this in the middle of winter, but they did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a metal roof for their home. The only negative comment I have is the clean-up could have been a bit better. I covered my gutters after the roof was installed, and found a lot of debris in the gutters as well as on the ground. The debris were mostly pieces of cut metal tiles with very sharp edges. In fact I found this debris on the ground for several months after the job was completed. I suspect that the installation crew was cold and tired and may not have taken as much time as they normally would have because of the weather. Our expectations of this medium ( metal) was fully confirmed and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you Ralf C.
Interlock was a great process, their sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable, the install team had the old roofing removed and the new one installed in a few days. We chose the black "slate" panels and it looks awesome and it doesn't sound much different in the rain than our old asphalt shingles. A bit of an investment but I'm glad we went with interlock.
I would have liked to see better communication between the person doing the scheduling and the installation crew. I think they should start the job earlier in the day than they did. I love my roof and it looks beautiful.
I think it would be nice if they could build a cover or a dome that would be just above the sky lights. I live under trees and I get a lot of debris and then all the debris piles up on the skylights and floods water into the house. If they could build some sort of cover that could prevent buildup I think it would be helpful. Also, at the end of the ridge caps it would be nice to have a ridge cap plate that is cut in a pointed shape because they had to cut/bend it to shape by hand. It didn't look quite as professional but it was satisfactory. My neighbor did complain when the crew took flashing and leaned it against his newly painted gutters. I think they could've placed it somewhere else. Mike was very knowledgable and I learned a lot when he talked about warranty and how they are used. His sales pitch was very informative. I am quite happy.

We live in Tigard Oregon. We were able to schedule the installation of the new roof just before the Rainy season began. We had the old shingles removed and found that our plywood was rotting.
We still have not received our sky lights. I have no idea when they are coming. Some more communication on that would be nice.
It's expensive, but other than that - a great roof. Interlock Roofing could have improved on their communication between salesman and installers.
