Prompt, ongoing communication from bid to follow up after completion. Install crew was professional and polite. We had an involved tear-off and they spread tarps overnight in case of dew. Finished job looks great.
Just the communication for the install. A week later we have had some pretty hard rains. No leaks! and the roof looks great.
The crew did not have all the materials and had to make a trip to get the rest of the materials. Displeased with them not telling us they were going to cut a hole in our roof and left the attic full of sawdust.

I would say that the communication pre-installation could have been a little better. we had to call. I am very happy.
Fast response and excellent work. The technician drop by within couple of days, found the cause, and provided quote. The price was reasonable for the work scope. They were able to secure the work slot as soon as the raining season was over and kept me informed on the schedule. In addition, they inspected remaining roof as well. Note: the leak was due to gutter pulling the corner flashing. The 10+ year Interlock roof tile remained good.
