I recommend to do your work and check your roof, have ANY kind of questions or doubts that are particular to your case and be ready for your appointment.Damon, our sales guy, was great and answer ALL, and by that meaning ALL questions that we have, for example:How long it takes?How invasive construction will be?What about our skylights?What about vents?What will happen to gutters?How many people will be in my Home?Debris?Warranty of the product?Warranty and insurance?What if I sell my home, warranty?When will work start?…… WELL, and probably 20 more questions.I already helped you tons with this examples of question.Again, Damon was great and on point and also very HAPPY to be challenged by a well involved client (Us).Finally, WE WENT FOR IT !!!!!! and ………WE LOVE IT !!!!! LOVE IT ! LOVE IT!My deeply THANKS TO :MARK / TIM / VICTOR AND of course the wonderful PETER; these guys were our installers and we communicated well and they were FAST AND IMPECCABLE.Now, let’s consider the times that we are living in….There was some waiting, there were jobs ahead of ours, and everything depends on nature too, so considering All of that….. Please consider this my letter of testimony regarding the installation of my beautiful Musket Grey Slate roof! From the beginning of this “roof project”, all of my conversations with Meg and Claudette were friendly and my questions were answered by these pleasant and knowledgeable ladies. Since I had already seen a presentation with a neighbor, Mike Rasmussen was able to save us both some time as I was very ready to get my leaky roof replaced! He thoroughly explained how the aluminum fits together and assured me the trained installers really did know what they were doing! Rolland called to let me know when he would be delivering the materials. He was right on time – even with snow and icy roads to contend with! He very neatly placed boxed materials next to the garage and then covered everything with a tarp to keep it dry. I was concerned with his and the installers’ safety during those unusual winter weather conditions but both Rolland and Peter seemed to take it in stride. Peter was very efficient and explained how things worked and answered my questions that I didn’t know I had until I watched how fast yet carefully he worked. Mike was right – Peter was quick and there was very little wasted material when he had completed everything! As it turned out, Peter was the only installer and he wasted NO TIME removing the chimney, getting my skylight replaced and the roof was done in only two days!! It was unusually COLD in Oregon those days; January 7th and 8th. He worked well into the dark evening hours on both nights, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. He carefully cleaned up after himself before he left. As you see, I am very impressed with my new roof. At one point, I was concerned that the aluminum may be “noisy”, however, with the amount of hard rain we have had, there is no more noise than there was with my old shingle roof. Again, I am impressed. My son is thrilled that he will never have to get up and toss laundry soap around on the roof to kill the moss! Just today, a gentleman stopped to chat about my roof as he’d noticed the sign in my yard. I happened to be outside for a few minutes and was happy to share my very pleasant experience with him. Neighbors have stopped to look at the sign and check out the roof on their walks. Enclosed are pictures of my “roof project”. Strangers would not know there ever was a chimney on the house. Peter was very careful removing the bricks which I appreciated since the new Leaf Guard system was recently installed. I thank you all for your help with updating my house. My goodness where do we start! We just had our roof done three weeks ago! Vadamere was suppose to have a helper, but ended up doing it all on his own! He was very nice, professional, and had a fantastic work ethic!! He got everything done in three days! Yes these roofs do cost more, but I can't even begin to express how happy my husband and I are with the look, durabilty, and the thought of never having to do another roof again!! Winter is fast approaching, and we have no worries about any possible leaks! In fact we've even noticed our home is staying warmer than expected....did not figure that one in. I was initially apprehensive about the higher upfront cost of Interlock when compared to a basic composite shingle replacement, but three factors swayed me to give Interlock my business. First, the engineering behind the product is quite impressive. By that, I mean the way the panels interlock to form a tight, durable roof. Second, the roof looks great and will look the same for decades. Third, it’s a more environmentally sound solution by keeping my home cooler in the summer and also by being the last roof replacement the house will need. I have to say the installation crew was top-notch. They completed the job from tear-off to done in just over two days and left the gutters and yard cleaner than they found them. Admittedly my roof is small and fairly simple but to knock it out in two days during the triple-digit heat earned them my respect. All in all, I’d say I’m very happy with my new roof and the overall experience of working with Interlock.

I looked into replacing my roof and found that with modern composite shingles I will end end replacing it numerous times in my lifetime. With Interlock it's one and done. The roof I got was red aluminum in a slate style and it looks great; best roof in my neighborhood, hands down. In fact it's fun to see cars driving by and notice the driver staring at the new roof. Also, I've received numerous compliments from passersby about how great the roof looks. Other points are that the install was quick and skillful and needless to say, I have no leaks. Your people, from the salesman to the 2 man crew were wonderful. The gentleman that was the foreman was an absolute wonderful person and roofer and his associate did such a wonderful job of housekeeping the grounds. I had neighbors who commented on how clean they were and how fast. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement.

yes I would recommend, beside being expensive, if you can afford the cost, I would highly recommend. As above, make sure to confirm scheduling with the actual owner of the home, give some idea when to expect start on the job.. I recommend follow up with the owners on any issues regarding the installation...

We really appreciated Ross' salesmanship. He knows his product, and we were very impressed with the product. He had a good feel for how hard to push for a decision right that second. A lot of people try to get you to sign the minute they are in the door, and he did try to see if we were willing to do that, but when we flat out told him we would never do that, he backed off. We really appreciated that because we aren't good at making a decision like that. If he had pushed more, we would have just said no. However, we still considered it, and we spent a lot of time coming to our decision. In the long run, we decided now isn't the best time, but we would still consider it in the future.
