I looked into replacing my roof and found that with modern composite shingles I will end end replacing it numerous times in my lifetime. With Interlock it's one and done. I thought Glenn was prepared with information, documantation, and answers. He was professuonal and exceptionally knowledgable.
Standing on the ground looking up at the roof - I'm asked if everything is satisfactory - I'm not sure I would know?! It looked GREAT! I'd suggest a follow up assessment and statement that someone has overseen the job and it's completed.
I can think of none on the overall project. Perhaps covering hedges with a tarp could have made it easier to clean up the metal scraps?
We really appreciated Ross' salesmanship. He knows his product, and we were very impressed with the product. He had a good feel for how hard to push for a decision right that second. A lot of people try to get you to sign the minute they are in the door, and he did try to see if we were willing to do that, but when we flat out told him we would never do that, he backed off. We really appreciated that because we aren't good at making a decision like that. If he had pushed more, we would have just said no. However, we still considered it, and we spent a lot of time coming to our decision. In the long run, we decided now isn't the best time, but we would still consider it in the future.

yes I would recommend, beside being expensive, if you can afford the cost, I would highly recommend. As above, make sure to confirm scheduling with the actual owner of the home, give some idea when to expect start on the job.. I recommend follow up with the owners on any issues regarding the installation...
I realized, I needed to wait until next year to replace roof. Still interested in InterLock.
Project started late. There was some confusion over who was responsible for a transition to separate roof. The mailbox was a nice addition.
