Communication was sorely lacking. I had to call to find out when and if they were coming. We were told that they would be delivering materials a few days prior to installation( only when I called, did I find out that they would be bringing materials with them), but and also told that I would receive a confirmation call(which never came- then when I called l was told that the install date had changed). I understand that a staff member was ill, but there should be a backup person to handle these things. The appearance of our house has improved vastly, the shake roofing is beautiful. We have had many compliments from passersby, and to be honest, we have the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood.
