It is a little difficult to interface with the Ukrainian workers, but it worked out using a translation app to communicate. They'll get better as they go, so it's not an issue; everybody needs to work! They have great workers and there were no problems. For composition type roofing, they do need a better magnet to pick up the nails. They could have improved the communication and clean-up pertaining to picking up nails. It was a great experience! They have great crews!

More care during the tear-off process.
I would like to go with them, but I haven't yet because of different things I found on the internet regarding the warranty and how other people's reviews state that the roofs leak and the company doesn't follow through with replacing the roof.
We had ordered an opening skylight, when it came it did not fit. The roofers put in a non opening one and said they would try to find one that fit. To this date we have not heard from them, or the company regarding that skylight. It seems there should be a refund of the difference in the price between the non-opening one and the opening one. I am happy with the roof, I just want either a skylight that opens or a refund of the difference in the price.
