Interlock Roofing could have improved communication regarding when the workers would be there. We had a good experience with the crew and workers here. It is just the customer service of Interlock Roofing that I have had a problem with.

Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 15, 2017When I first phoned Interlock, I was put on hold for around 1 hour and then connected to a third party who said they would get a message to Interlock and request them to call me in 24 hours. After 3 days, Susan of Interlock called me. After a 2 month waiting period, installation started 10 days after the promised date. We removed our solar panels based on Interlock's promised installation date and lost solar revenue for 10 days because Interlock did not keep its installation date commitment.
