Metal Shingles Gardner, MA Review
Review: September 11, 2017Completion: September 1, 2017The one area would be I wanted to have more than two extra fasteners because where I live, there is a lot of wind. For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.

Review: September 10, 2017Completion: August 22, 2017There were no areas that needed improvement We were amazed at how quickly the crew removed the old shingles and completed the new roof in one day. They had cleaned up the area as if they had never even been in our yard. Roof looks amazing and hope it last our lifetime! Thank you :)

Metal Shingles Kitchener, ON Review
Review: September 10, 2017Completion: September 10, 2017It sounds like a great product, and John was certainly professional and knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. My reluctance is with the price. Even with the warranty and your financing options, a 15 year commitment to a roof payment is a little too much for me - both cost, and time-wise.

Metal Shingles Parkland County, AB Review
Review: September 9, 2017Completion: September 1, 2017I suppose any new roof requires some time to elapse before totally passing judgement on it, but we are very happy with the process of doing business with Interlock including our contact with the sales rep and the installation crew. The look of the roof is very pleasing.

Metal Shingles Squamish, BC Review
Review: September 9, 2017Completion: September 9, 2017None. Really, it was fine. I thought it was a tad long between order and completion, and delivery of materials and completion, but the crew was tidally professional and courteous and effective.

Metal Shingles Dundas, ON Review
Review: September 9, 2017Completion: August 24, 2017The start date was delayed one day. This was quite acceptable considering the difficulties of transitioning from one job to another. Tony was always punctual and put in a full day's work; always seemed to pay attention to detail.

Metal Shingles Navan, ON Review
Review: September 8, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017I was home throughout the project - I would have readily accepted any invitation to "see" areas of particular concern/interest (flashing, chimney trim, eaves trough overlap, etc). Advised Tony that there is a new 1" - 2" space in the soffit right under the garage roof peak. Not sure if it is intentional, or should be closed., I would feel better if it were closed as opposed to open. Interlock (Tony) advised they (Interlock) would look into it. I await their follow-up.

Metal Shingles Pembroke, NH Review
Review: September 8, 2017Completion: September 8, 2017After telling sales rep we wanted to cancel our order he did not cancel order as he was sure if he knocked if a couple of hundred dollars we would change our mind therefore our check was deposited and took multiple phone calls and e mails and several weeks to get that returned. That is in excusable ! However considering the use of high pressure sales techniques I'm not surprised just disappointed. Will not deal with this company again.
