Metal Shingles Portland, ME Review
Review: September 8, 2017Completion: August 23, 2017Being more aware of where they are throwing things while installing. We had three window screens with small tears. We feel that the final inspection should have been done within a week at the latest of final day of install. Still waiting! Two weeks is too long to us.

Review: September 8, 2017He was on time, early actually. It was a very god experience. He did not pressure me, but he gave me a lot of good information. It was rather pricey, but I understand why

Metal Shingles Lethbridge, AB Review
Review: September 8, 2017Completion: August 14, 2017They could have let me know where I was in the queue of jobs, and called to confirm delivery of materials and project start date. Also, somehow it should be double-checked to ship the right color of materials.

Metal Shingles New Norway, AB Review
Review: September 8, 2017Completion: September 8, 2017They were only able to do half of my roof the first day so it would be good to send the entire package at one time versus having to wait an entire week to do the other half. My Spanish is not great. The installers spoke very broken English so it was really hard to understand what he was trying to tell me.

Metal Shingles Newport, OR Review
Review: August 30, 2017Completion: August 30, 2017They could have improved on the timing during the project. We expected to get the job completed earlier so we didn't get the leak fixed, but that has since been taken care of.

Metal Shingles Dunbarton, NH Review
Review: August 29, 2017Completion: July 21, 2017Everything went as planned. The only thing that I noticed after they left was that one of the screens on my window got hit with roofing material and was ripped.

Metal Shingles Cornawall, ON Review
Review: August 28, 2017Completion: July 31, 2017I have an issue with the roof on my house. The snow guards were installed differently than what was shown on the paper. It was not done according to this paper. I mentioned it in the survey that I had and mailed back to Interlock Roofing but I have not heard anything back from them.

Metal Roofing Plano, IL Review
Review: August 24, 2017Completion: August 24, 2017We built our house 25 years ago from plans I found in Country Living Magazine. It is a perfect blend of the “new” house my husband wanted and the “old” farmhouse that I wanted.

Review: August 21, 2017Completion: August 21, 2017We both work for Nordstrom and have come to expect a certain level of customer service. Both Paul and Ross were exceptional in this regard. Metal Shingles Toronto, ON Review
Review: August 19, 2017Completion: June 23, 2017There was a little mix up on one of the properties where the installer didn't have all of the stuff he needed, such as the snow guards and a few of the cap pieces. They arranged a Fed Ex delivery to the house with my name on it. I was not informed of the fact that this was going to happen. The tenants in the house signed for it and didn't explain to me. They didn't open it and told me it came. I thought it was some sort of fraud because no one told me. The installer went the next day to pick up… Read more →

Standing Seam Des Moines, WA Review
Review: August 17, 2017Completion: November 7, 2016Letting us know the Satellite TV dish needed to be removed (so we could have it reattached under the eaves) before the roof installation began, and they wouldn't have just taken it off and sat on its side at the end of the day and not informing us about that. We love our new roof! We were amazed how much cooler the house was during the extreme heat wave we had the first week of August. Our utility bill has gone down since we had the new roof installed, and the garage is even cooler. The air in… Read more →

Metal Shingles Hamilton, ON Review
Review: August 16, 2017Completion: July 26, 2017There were crew stability issues. First crew walked off the job twice, the second time permanently. Others came in fairly promptly to finish the job. The job took more than a month. Rain was partially the problem. Excellent workmanship. I would recommend you guys. One beef. The nature of my old house is that to paint dormers on second and third floor requires standing on and putting a ladder down on the lower roof level. When I asked Bob (sales) about walking on the roof he said "no problem" so… Read more →

Review: August 15, 2017Completion: October 18, 2016The advertising sign was set up on our front lawn as per the agreement, but to this day no one has ever come by to pick it up. Maybe in the future after the agreed upon time for advertising is completed someone should pick up the sign, I'm sure it could be reused.

Metal Shingles Aloha, OR Review
Review: August 15, 2017Completion: November 4, 2016There was difficulty coordinating with the solar company. I provided a phone number for a person whom I thought still worked for the solar company. Interlock was unable to contact him, but didn't contact me about it. The problem wasn't noticed until the installers were ready to start, resulting in a delay before the installation could begin. Fortunately, we had sufficient good weather for the installation to be completed successfully. There was some difficulty at times communicating with Angela… Read more →

Standing Seam Shoreline, WA Review
Review: August 15, 2017Completion: November 10, 2016Topics discussed in sales call, such as the permanent anchor, should have been communicated to the installation crew. Vladimir was confused when I asked him about it. I'm unsure if he fulfilled that request. My upstairs level was noticeably warmer last winter and cooler this summer because of the new reflective and insulating roof.

Review: August 13, 2017Completion: July 31, 2017It would be good to have a long pitch and a short pitch for customers who have limited time and have already done research into your products and reviews. Most working couples with young children do not want more than a 20-minute sales pitch.

Metal Shingles Orland Park, IL Review
Review: August 12, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017I wish that the aluminum was a little bit thicker. It would give the appearance that it would hold up longer. I wish that they would call me every 5 years for the next 50 years. I am expecting a call every five years for the next 50 years. Only time will tell how well the product is holding up.
