Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: August 11, 2017Completion: July 15, 2017Have more than one crew member working. When I would arrive home at night there was only one person working. He did an excellent job and was knowledge, but it concerned me that he was alone working.

Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: August 11, 2017While interlock is a good product the presentation was overblown. To show me photos of metal roofs oil canning like that is going to happen to my roof if I purchased one made me lose confidence in the presenter. I look at metal roofs all the time and I can tell you that the photo I was shown of qoil canned roof was an exception. Once that happen the presenter lost all credibility with me. Metal roofs are durable and to be told they are not is pushing reality. There are other durable finished… Read more →

Metal Shingles Sussex, NB Review
Review: August 9, 2017Completion: July 7, 2017The only thing I have not received is my guarantee. I am still still waiting on that paper work. Warranty is 10-30 and 50. I would like paperwork that can be put up when I am no longer running this Church.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: August 9, 2017Completion: July 17, 2017When the weather became inclement and the team had to call it a day, this was not communicated to us. We had to call in to the office to verify that the team was not returning for the remainder of the day. While calling off work due to the weather is perfectly understandable, we would have preferred to be informed that was the decision made.

Metal Shingles Godfrey, ON Review
Review: August 9, 2017Completion: July 31, 2017I only put two at is time because the ride from beginning to end was a bit rough.Every day I look at my roof I am very happy with the result and the disappointing parts of the project begin to fade.I suspect as time goes on that number above will move to the right. I believe the salesman should access the roof to determine any possible problems and relay them to the customers before asking for a signed contract. If there is an possible issues then they should first bring an install expert in to… Read more →

Metal Shingles Port Townsend, WA Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: July 6, 2017We had a little problem getting the materials delivered, and getting the scheduling figured out. We live in a rural location and the trucker that brought the materials didn't have a truck that was designed or authorized to go on the gravel road. we figured it out, but somewhere along the line, someone missed that detail. That could have delayed the project several days. Some of the roofing materials weren't installed as accurately as they should have been for roofing. The aluminum plates needed… Read more →

Metal Shingles Fridley, MN Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: December 9, 2016I think care and consideration should be looked at and explained to the customer when the Interlock system is installed when the weather is below freezing. This may affect how brittle the siding becomes in such conditions and any kind of work pertaining to the juncture of the siding and the roof is subject to damage.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: July 11, 2017We have been having 104 degree temperature and the roof has kept our home so much cooler than before. I would highly recommend this roof because it does not absorb the heat. We don't have air conditioner and our home hasn't gone over 81 degrees. I am very impressed.

Metal Shingles Drayton Valley, AB Review
Review: August 7, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Interlock Roofing could have improved the project by letting me know when they were going to be delayed a bit. We sent a check to them, and this is a long weekend, so we sent it before the weekend. When they get it, they were going to send us the 50 year limited warranty in both my name and my wife's name on the paperwork. We put that request in with the payment. If we do resell the place, we will give them our contract, and they can renew under their names.
