Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: August 6, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Communications was poor to start. I was told several time we will get back to you. No one ever did. All of a sudden someone wanted to deliver material and I reminded them I was supposed to be notified in advance. I found a place to leave material on apron of garage in alley. I found storage for my RV for a week and it was not necessary as the installer did not use RV pad and didn't want it.. Communications was so bad I wanted to cancel. You have to talk to people not just say you will get back… Read more →

Review: August 5, 2017Completion: July 20, 2017Communication - between Larry Ebbs, Inside Sales and Production folks. Negatives - 1. Larry was certain that I had one layer of roofing - this was incorrect.

Metal Shingles Fort Saskatchewan, AB Review
Review: August 5, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Nothing from my perspective. Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches

Metal Shingles Durham, NH Review
Review: August 5, 2017Good quality product, long term warranty and product life exceed our lifespan. 3x or 4x price too far to bridge practicality.

Metal Shingles Fort McMurray, AB Review
Review: August 4, 2017Completion: July 27, 2017Interlock Roofing could improve on communication. I would have liked them to let us know when the roof was going to be delivered and finished. My roof was installed in 12 hours. All clean up and everything was done. It was extremely fast and I was impressed with how speedy it was.

Metal Shingles Port Townsend, WA Review
Review: August 4, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017They were excellent but the price was highly non-competitive by double. The gentleman made an excellent presentation. My architect and I were extremely impressed. If they were a few thousand dollars less than I would have gone with them.

Metal Shingles Barre, MA Review
Review: August 4, 2017Completion: August 4, 20171.) Our sales rep told us he was going to give us a deal, even though it would cut into his commission. That rubbed us wrong.2.) He seemed to have come to the appointment with the impression that we were going to sign right away, and seemed angry when we told him we were going to have 3 quotes no matter what.3.) He showed us all his contracts and said that if he had to come back, he'd be losing a slot that another prospective customer could take.4.) He took pictures of our property (that didn't… Read more →

Metal Shingles Haverhill, MA Review
Review: August 4, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017I did not like the pressure to buy. This is a huge commitment for a single mother , single income, I know my limits with my budget and now is not the right time. Financing was attractive but in the long run with finance charges the roof would end up costing me quite a bit more. Mr. Brown changed his whole demeanor when I told him I wasn't ready to purchase "right now". He put a face on like I killed his puppy-- very unprofessional, as well as his overall somewhat disheveled appearance. I am… Read more →

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: August 4, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017If you adjusted your prices a little more you would have a sale from us and five more coming from us. Interlock is more geared for more upperclass people, you are losing business on middle class working people because of your price. You guys do have a wonderful product.

Metal Roofing Poulsbo, WA Review
Review: August 1, 2017Completion: June 12, 2017To whom it may concern: We recently needed our old asphalt shingle roof replaced as it was damaged and leaking from recent storm damage. Reviewing our options, we decided on metal since we live on the beach. After looking at the different metal roofs available and looking at online reviews we decided on Interlock. We were not disappointed. The process was quick and the timeline discussed initially at purchase was met. The company kept us informed during the entire process. Our roof had an… Read more →

Metal Shingles Port Maitland, NS Review
Review: July 26, 2017Completion: October 6, 2016We were not here for the installation but during the install part of the crew used the bathroom when they were told there was no water to be used. The water was shut off and had been since April. So maybe there was a bit of miscommunication or lack of communication to the crew.
