Our project started almost one month after the promised time. They were relying on weather forecasts out of Salem (a 45 minute drive from our house) to base some of their work schedules around, even though I told them that the weather from Salem was not reflective of the weather at the work site.

We told them that there was some water damage and they said it would be okay if rain came before they did the work because they would send a repairman to put a tarp on the roof. Rain came but they hadn't done that, so we had to put a tarp up ourselves. I then complained to him and he apologized and said that he had forgotten and needed to take closer notes.

There should have been someone there to make sure that that did not happen. I was disappointed with the crew they left in charge of prepping the sire. There was no site visit. There was zero quality control on the install. We are satisfied with the product and the look of it but not with the leaks.

We were told they were arriving on a particular day and they didn't, so there was some lag time. Communication as to exactly when they are going to arrive would be better. We are pleased with the product so far. It looks great. We get a lot of compliments on it.
