Review: June 17, 2017Completion: October 13, 2016Once I tell people how much I spent they will walk away. It was just a roof for a 2-car garage. The job and materials are good but I think it is too expensive. It looks nice. Others have seen it.

Metal Shingles Camas, WA Review
Review: June 17, 2017Completion: May 1, 2017We really like the product, but we wish the communication was better. It's just frustrating because it was a very expensive roof. The sales pitch, I did not like or appreciate the sales pitch. It was either commit to it now, or the price goes up. We asked them to wait to build the tiles until we sold the house, but they didn't and we were forced to do something financially we didn't want to do. They could've made sure we were on the same page. I just want to know when they are going to respond… Read more →

Review: June 16, 2017Completion: May 9, 2017EXCELLENT JOB ~ Be nice if the warranty paperwork were delivered as promised after installation and full payment was made. It is a transferable warranty, need documentation so the terms are available to the home owner.

Metal Shingles Seattle, WA Review
Review: June 16, 2017Completion: June 5, 2017It took Interlock almost 3 weeks to fully complete a 96sq.ft roofing project. And this after a call to the sales rep, Ross, the scheduler, Angela and another call to the sales rep, Ross.

Metal Shingles Minneapolis, MN Review
Review: June 16, 2017Completion: May 30, 2016We love the roof, its high quality and was installed very well. However, the actual process of getting the roof was kind of painful because the communication was not good. We feel the contractor in Minnesota is completely over worked. They don't have an office or office personnel to handle any questions or concerns, you actually have to speak to the installer for any questions and he cant answer questions efficiently or in a timely manner due to working on other homes and traveling. We sent a… Read more →

Metal Shingles Pleasant Prairie, WI Review
Review: June 16, 2017Completion: January 14, 2017With appropriate cautions. Remove some of the layers to make the product more cost attractive. If you are promoting quality and a service then reasonably prompt return phone calls or follow-up by Sales or installers would be due. I became aware of the product from a visit to Canada a number of years ago. I had faith in the product from the brochures alone and planned and stretched for my first re-roofing to be the Interlock product. I was pleased that it was available in the US, and only… Read more →

Metal Shingles Yarmouth, NS Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: September 30, 2016Since it was a special thing if somebody saw our project and sign that was in our yard called then I would receive, for the first one - a $1,000.00 reward. I have never heard anything about that one way or the other and I would like to know. It looks good and I am very pleased with it. Everyone who sees it, loves it.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: July 31, 2016Might have kept the area around my house a little neater, but I'm nitpicking here, just to put something down. I have a little buyers remorse, I should have done a better job of negotiating the price for the work done. That said, I very happy with the results.

Metal Shingles Kingston, ON Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: April 29, 2017I suppose just theThey could improve in the area where they said that they were going to get it done. Initially they said well we may get this done in a day - I got home from work and it was obvious that they weren't done and it took another whole day to finish. That was fine, I never expected the job to be completed in a day so I felt like there was just no need to over sell it/over promise. We put down our down payment of $5,000.00 and I just felt like it wasn't standard practice/found it odd… Read more →

Metal Shingles Mountlake Terrace, WA Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: May 10, 2017I brought some thingd to their attention during installation, but were initially ignored. However, when I again brought these to their attention, they were fixed satisfactorily. The itemd were thingd one by the 2nd. The primary did the corrections. The completion of this job was slightly delayed due to an electical storn that chased the crew off the roof. I was impressed by then arriving early and staying until it was too dark to safely work longer.

Metal Shingles North Tetagouche, NB Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: June 27, 2016The service after is very poor.It is over months that i am calling to fix a few shingles .They keep promissing that they will come but never show up . They dont even call to give me a reason why. If that do not change , i will take proper action very shortly . 37,000$ for a roof, that is terible service. The job would probably take an hour. I have a written contract and somebody better take it seriously . My money was good and i kept my part of the deal . Why is the service is so poor after .… Read more →

Metal Shingles Merigomish, NS Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: June 7, 2017The original quote was incorrect. When they quoted the original price, they said the material would go over the existing shingles. When they came to do the installation, they said they couldn't do that. It was quite an additional charge that was added on for that. We are still negotiating on the price of stripping the roof, but other than that everything is fine.

Metal Shingles Hillsboro, OR Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: June 7, 2017There was a mixup with the contact numbers. Initially, a date was set. It came and went. We had to get ahold of them. They had to let us know when the date was. It was just a little mix-up in communication.

Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: June 15, 2017Completion: December 30, 2016The contractors I have had to deal with before, this group of guys were some of the better contractors we have ever did business with. The installation crew were very good as well. I had zero problems. If someone ask me, I will defiantly refer this company. In fact, the guy across the street from me, was really impressed with our roof.
