This week they just sent a crew out and we didn't even know they were coming out in the morning to fix the leak that we had. No one called us back to tell us what the status was and all of a sudden we had a crew show up when we were getting ready to go to work.

Interlock just showed up and put on the roof with no discussion with me that it would leave a gully around the window. It would seem to me that the professional thing to do would be to contact me, inform me and discuss possible resolution rather than just put the roof down and see what happens.
