  I think their only issue right now is that their product is so good and the demand is so high that there is a wait for it. I had to wait getting someone to contact me initially. We contacted them in June and it took them a while to respond but we are satisfied with it. The people who came to install it were wonderful as well. I think that if they did some advertising up north here there would be so many people wanting that roof.

  1. Improve communications between scheduling staff and client - At the end of Sept we were told that it would be 6-8 weeks before the roof was scheduled. At week 10 I had to reach out to Bob to find out what was going on. The roofing materials did show up in Mid Dec. As it was, installation did not occur until Dec 30 and Jan 6. The crew had to clean snow off twice.2. Hire more staff to install roofs.

  We had ordered an opening skylight, when it came it did not fit. The roofers put in a non opening one and said they would try to find one that fit. To this date we have not heard from them, or the company regarding that skylight. It seems there should be a refund of the difference in the price between the non-opening one and the opening one. I am happy with the roof, I just want either a skylight that opens or a refund of the difference in the price.

I did get 1 call apologizing for the delay in start date of the project. I was never given a potential start date upon receiving the material. Dave was great, answered questions, very knowledgeable. Would recommend Interlock to anyone looking for a new roof.
