  They should make sure they have enough product to do the job, and they were a little bit unsure on how to do the finish edge. I would think that I would be getting another warranty card since this was as new install. Also, it seems they left pieces from the last install in the attic, so it wasn't fully cleaned up the first time.

  The project was finished on a Friday minus the installation of 4-5 snow guards over the main entranceway of the house as they were not available. The installer was going to install them on the next working day. I received the snow guards but the installer contacted me and said he would phone to set a time for installation and pickup of remaining materials, but I have not been able to reach him since. I will continue to phone him every day until I can.

  Other than the scheduling, I didn't have any problems. They were really good people. The installer was competent. They were really good people, and I'm content with their products. The only problem I had was with the scheduler who didn't schedule the job on time and had an attitude. He wanted to argue about everything.

We had a hard time getting the appropriate information for our insurance company. It ended up leaving everything as is but it took so work. They need this information for other people and their insurance companies and the necessary codes.
