The brochure that John gave us showed that a lot of homes had white starter strips. What arrived was a starter strip that was gray. We were informed that they didn't have white starter strips. We ended up hand painting all 38 strips ourselves.

Sales should call to see how installation is going and the sales person should drop by after the job to see if we are satisfied. Perhaps he does that to deliver the warranty? Would be a nice touch with such a large purchase.
