Overall, we think the new roof is wonderful. We have noticed cooler temperatures this summer which is a pleasant surprise. The garbage left behind for several days after completion was not acceptable. The mess attracted rodents and smelled terrible.

I suggest you have someone inspect the installation when it is completed. Soffit vents should be an item to select on the contract so the inspection can check the work against what was contracted. Got the run around to where window was and when it would be installed. The sky light you installed is not the quality we expected after a nearly two year delay.
