I've had no problems with it. The installation was amazing! A crew of 11 showed up early in the morning and were almost completely done in one day on both buildings. They were so professional. I highly recommend Interlock for both their high quality product and their great people.

It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

ANSWER the PHONE when people call, having customers sit without information is infuriating and just makes them unhappy from the start.
