We had the August 20th date picked out for a long time and then at the beginning of August, a lady called and asked us to schedule a date for the installation and I told her that we already picked out August 20th. There was a little bit of confusion if and when they were coming. We had to pay 10% down at signing and we didn't hear from them after that. We were thinking we lost our money and this was a scam because we didn't get any communication after that.
