Their English was really bad, but they tried to talk to us. They came back for the check, becuse we needed to leave and he even put material where I asked them to. He was very accommodating!

I ended up having to call the salesman directly to have him send someone from the crew back to fix the soffett. They should have a word with the answering service to make sure they convey messages where they need to go. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done and my roof.

They also improved the ventilation of the house, eliminating winter ice damming.
