Metal Shingles Oak Harbor, WA Review
Review: September 8, 2018Completion: August 20, 2018The only thing was that we ran out of roofing, so I ended up having to check back with them a couple of days later to find out when they would come back out. The improvement could be just a phone call to let the homeowner know the timeframe it will be in, when things like this happen.

Metal Shingles Annapolis Royal, NS Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: August 23, 2018It didn't have anything to do with interlock, it had to do with that staff trying to find workmen. They have a very good product and I will be using them again.

Metal Shingles Olds, AB Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: September 7, 2018I can't think of anything during the project, it was great. As mentioned above, it would have just been nice to have a bit more of a heads up when the installer was arriving. I almost didn't answer the door and because of so many thefts around lately, we are all less tempted to answer the door to strangers, or to even call the police. When we received the information about the guarantee we were a bit surprised. It seemed to have more loopholes in it that we don't believe we were told.

Metal Shingles Boring, OR Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: September 7, 2018I am very happy with the complete process. We are thrilled with our roof and we have copper gutters that set the beautiful roof off like a crown.

Metal Shingles Wakefield, MA Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: September 7, 2018The crew wasted a whole day waiting for the dumpster to be delivered. The workers came from R.I. every morning --with morning traffic through Boston they did not arrive until 10 A.M.--which is not their fault. Since the materials were here on sight the company should have their workers closer to the job. I don't know how that could be handled, but it would speed things up. Many people have mentioned how great the roof looks and I am happy also. Thanks for a great job. I am still waiting for the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Lynnwwod, WA Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: September 7, 2018The communication was not the best. When we signed we were told that the roof wouldn't get done till October, then it got moved up by 2 months then another month. The person in charge of scheduling our job was on vacation and no one was backing her up. They destroyed our deposit check but didn't reach out for a new one, I had to bring it up to Damon. They the roofer made a decision on the roof without asking us what we wanted done. If there is something different then we should have been give… Read more →

Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: September 7, 2018Completion: August 31, 2018Communication can be greatly improved. We ordered our roof in April and was told that it would be installed in August or September because they were booked out that far, but we didn't receive a specific date. After our paperwork was processed, we heard nothing until I called in July to ask about a date. We experienced that if it is left to them to make contact, communication didn't happen. When they were supposed to start on a Friday, no one showed up, and no one called to let us know that they… Read more →

Metal Shingles Fenwick, ON Review
Review: September 6, 2018Completion: August 22, 2018Bruce had mentioned that he would visit the site during the installation, which didn't happen. The product is great, but the best part of this experience was the installers we had. They worked hard and were mindful of my family. I would recommend Inter Lock just based on the terrific installers we had!

Review: September 6, 2018Completion: August 24, 2018The dumpster was delivered two days before work started and removed before my garage had been stripped.I had to park on the street for two days for basically no reason, and then there was a large pile of debris in my driveway until a second dumpster was brought out.

Metal Shingles Renton, WA Review
Review: September 6, 2018Completion: August 16, 2018They showed up to install unannounced and we did not know they were coming. The workers left debris all around the yard, killed some plant and we are still finding cigarette butts in the yard. The roof looks great, just very disappointed with the workers and what they left behind.

Metal Shingles Snohomish, WA Review
Review: September 6, 2018Completion: September 6, 2018I am very impressed with the quality of your metal roof and would have loved to have gone with it. Now I know that I should quadruple the amount of money I need to save up if I expect to have a metal roof. I realize your roof is superior to the standard shingles and was impressed with how they lock together to give a tight seal.
