I have requested a meeting with the president or vice president of the company in order to have someone come by to give my feedback. They kept saying they would set it up, and I have not gotten anything yet. Interlock Metal Roofing could have improved on having a more professional installer who keeps his job site clean.

There was no one that came back to look at the job. The roofers collected the last paycheck. I expected someone to come back and reexamine the roof with me to see if I had any questions or concerns.

We were contacted three weeks into the contract to say that the Roofers would be on site the following day. This should have been handled better and we should have been given more lead time to make our arrangements. We would also like to recognized the Installer's Manager (sorry, his name slip me at this time) for getting us a skylight to replace the one that we had.
